What are cookies?

How long cookies last

Cookies either expire when you close your browser (session cookies) or remain on your device until a specified date (persistent cookies):

Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close the browser tab or window. Used for essential site functions.
Persistent cookies — remain for a set period. Our consent cookie is stored for 12 months. Analytics cookies typically expire after 13 months. Marketing cookies vary by provider, usually between 30 and 180 days.

Managing cookies in your browser

Google Chrome

Microsoft Edge

Go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data. You can block third-party cookies, allow all cookies, or set site-specific exceptions. To delete cookies, use Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data.

Mobile browsers — on mobile devices, cookie settings are usually found under the browser's main settings or privacy menu. The steps vary by device and browser version; search for your specific browser and device combination if the above does not apply.

Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand if you believe your rights have not been respected.
